The Villages at Greenbriar HOA, Inc. self-managed the Villages at Greenbriar subdivision early 2013, located at 12000 Garden Ct, Oklahoma City, OK 73170, between Western and Santa Fe on 119th St, in Moore Schools - South OKC. This development is comprised of 55 lots with mostly brick homes built 2006 and newer.
The Villages at Greenbriar maintains the common areas and pays for neighborhood lighting. Builders who hold their unoccupied lots and/or homes for resale do not pay HOA dues. Homeowners are responsible for Annual HOA Dues of $275, which must be paid on or before March 1st to avoid past due interest and collection activity. HOA Dues may be prorated based on a calendar year and the date of closing.
In order to stabilize the HOA and eliminate the need to pay thousands of dollars to a management company year-after-year, The Villages at Greenbriar HOA, Inc. is now operated thru a cloud-based management system especially designed for efficiency and automation. Homeowners can make bank and card payments, view ledger balances and history, create inquiries, download CCRs and By-Laws, and much more, all online thru our website.
We strongly encourage all homeowners pay their HOA Dues by recurring EFT as this reduces the administrative burden; keep in mind that The Villages at Greenbriar HOA, Inc. is now managed by volunteers - also your neighbors.
Although The Villages at Greenbriar HOA, Inc. Headquarters in Midwest City Oklahoma, the National Support Center address in Beaverton Oregon helps streamline correspondence and remittance processing; however, sending anything by mail is discouraged, creating unnecessary administrative burden and handling delay.
